Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your order for a refund, exchange of item or store credit.  

We recommend you read the product descriptions thoroughly and take note of size details and colour. If you have any queries please contact us before processing you order.

All returns must be initiated within 21 days of receipt of order confirmation email. Return postage will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Lime & Soda Collective does not take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Please include the following in your return

  • A copy of your invoice with returned items listed
  • A description of new size or colour required if exchanging
  • A description of faults for faulty products
  • Prepaid self addressed Australia Post satchel with tracking if exchanging your items.
  • Your name, contact details and reason for return.
