Returns & Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. As a small Australian business, we appreciate your understanding of the below terms.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may apply to return your item for an exchange, store credit or refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

We strongly recommend reviewing all product descriptions, sizing information and colour details prior to purchase. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

All return requests must be lodged within 21 days of your order confirmation email.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Lime & Soda Collective is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


Refunds

Approved refunds (excluding sale items) will incur a 2.2% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

This fee covers non-refundable merchant and bank processing charges incurred at the time of purchase and is not retained as profit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.


Exchanges

If exchanging your item, please include:

  • A copy of your invoice with returned items clearly listed
  • The new size or colour requested
  • A prepaid self-addressed Australia Post satchel with tracking

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.


Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. Items deemed faulty will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit on discounted or sale items.
